This script wraps atlas.sh to conveniently process all thresholded Z-maps within the cope directory using a single command. The script loops through all thresh_zstat files and through all atlases available in atlas.sh. The atlas.sh tool is called with the corresponding cluster_mask_zstat file and with -g and -r parameters. The output is stored in the recpective altas_zstat folder.
